Update the deployment documentation for:

new eeX.properties file that contains the location of a context xml file to pre-apply to all webapps deployed to that environment
new eeX specific name for WEB-INF/jetty-{eeX}-web.xml and WEB-INF/jetty-{eeX}-env.xml
