What changes are being implemented in this Pull Request?
This is acting on the idea on #559
The idea here being I can't see any drawback to deleting the preview branch every time and refreshing it. Sometimes the merges get too gnarly and you have to do it manually. So why not just refresh the preview branch everytime?
I'm going to test this out on some repositories I'm working on.
