00. Microphone check task
First, A microphone test prompt was created to screen individuals who have devices with microphones. This prompt was created to ensure that clinical trial participants had a device that was compatible to submit audio through the SurveyLex interface. Participants were instructed to say the words, “the quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog” and could stop the timer early if they finished. This data was intended to be discarded and only used for testing the participant’s microphone before the start of each survey.
