제대로 동작하지 않은 오류 수정 - Select에서 선택시 useSatete의 값들이 올바르게 설정되도록 수정 - 개발/비개발 영역 새로운 값 선택시, 카테고리 아이디는 ""로 초기화 - 중앙도서관분류를 사용하는 부분은 무엇이 의도인지 몰라 우선 삭제 (추후 체크후 추가 커밋 필요할수도) 오류 수정 외 - donator 받는 input 영역도 useState로 수정 - donator도 required 옵션 부여 && isReadyToPost에 반영
fix: 도서 등록 폼에 카테고리 선택 코드 수정
