Whereas originally also cel2 upgraded chains were supposed to have support for cip66 and prefer it for fee token transactions. Now cip66 will Not be part of the cel2 specification at launch.

Ability the create and sign cip66 transactions remains. One must supply the maxFeeInFeeCurrency themselves. But should not until they are supported by nodes.
