This PR aims to get my typical CRUD-type admin pages on the same page. I compared the ones for FinancialAccount vs GiftIdea and attempted to align on a single style for both the way the pages behave and the tests for them. Then I can use these patterns moving forward so that all my admin CRUD pages are consistent.
