This release is a major revamp of the repository:
- upgrade faasd to 0.14.3
- upgrade inlets-pro to 0.9.1
- removed caddy in favor of inlets-pro HTTP server with Let's Encrypt support
- build a single image with faasd an inlets with inlets disable by default
- move from travis ci to github actions
- upgrade packer and packer arm plugin
