There is no license included with the source code currently, nor is there any mention of a license in the README. This makes it difficult to use as a dependency in scenarios where organizations care about such things.

Other projects in this org are Apache 2.0 licensed - maybe this one should be as well?

license: Adopt Apache 2.0

This change adds the Apache 2.0 license to the project, to resolve jsonnet-libs#59.

Apache 2.0 is my best guess at an appropriate license, following other
such projects in the same org, like github.com/jsonnet-libs/xtd.
