Fixed an issue where even when in PE or RE mode shell, the script would exit in part 2

Fixed an issue where the script would not go to the proper folder, or the system would print there is not enough memory

Script still does not delete the Program data folders automatically for defender or the one Defender folder in Program Files (x86) Namely because I don't want to risk nuking an install by the script going AWOL.
-removed the ability for the script to automatically Launch Windows backup and Restore Point wizard (rstr ui.exe) as most people arent going to know what the heck that is. It's still present within the file, just commented out.
