The Donate link on the MyBinder homepage is broken #742
Comments
Hmmm good question - I'm not really sure. I've asked in the NumFOCUS slack and will let you know if there's any update |
They told me that they recommendation is to use the following Jupyter donate link for now: https://numfocus.org/donate-to-jupyter And whenever Jupyter moves its fiscal sponsorship to the Linux Foundation, we should update to whatever link they use. Here's the issue to track that transition: I've updated the top comment to reflect what we need to do |

Thanks @manics for the pull request. It has been merged. I'm closing this issue as fixed. |
New link was provided in jupyterhub/team-compass#742 Closes jupyterhub#289
@rgaiacs Could we reopen this issue, as the previous fix was apparently not as final as thought: |
This is a broader problem as that page no longer works since Jupyter left numfocus. I think the best link right now would be https://jupyterfoundation.org/join/ but I don't know if there is anything better |
Ah, this is the link endorsed by EC: https://jupyter.org/about#donate |
jupyterhub/mybinder.org-deploy#3139 updates the link |
This was first reported by anjackson at Jupyter Community Forum,
Who is the contact person with NumFOCUS to get the new link?
