Release 2.1

A few improvements and additions has been made on the 2.0 version. Kudo's for all that helped!
Lets bump it as a stable version before adding the little config change for issue #12.

This plugin is up-to-date with the newest Telescope version and with the addition of user specific configuration, I think this plugin is ready for the next major version v2.0 🎉
