Minor fixes, code structure and packaging that works!

Worden is now available with a PyPi package that actually installs Most changes will be transparent to users.

Main changes were:

• Directory structure
• Cleanup of some constant variables
• Setup.py and other requirements of setuptools

First Official release

Hopefully this will also trigger the github action to upload the project to PyPI
