This is a web app, acting as a portal to improve customer trust in e-commerce sites. Simply it performs sentiment analysis of customer sentiments (views) regarding the selected trust factor to the product of the specific e-commerce site. Then, it provides total scores of product based on a selected trust factor. Python Flask framework and VADER sentiment analysis library written in python has been used. To install: clone the repository and install requirements.txt to install the required Python3 libraries and dependencies. To run: run app.py in the Python environments.
