A recent Spigot Gradle Kotlin starter template.
Please follow the instructions provided here, and return upon completion.
Replace all instances of ExampleProject with your repository name, exampleproject with your lowercase repository name, Katorly with your GitHub name, and katorly katorlys with your GitHub username. Ensure that you also rename the corresponding folders.
There are example codes for examplecommand with its permission exampleproject.examplecommand, and ServerLoadEvent. You may remove these examples if they are not required.
Subsequently, replace the content in LICENSE file with the license you wish to use.
