Reorganize the keptn/keptn project:
After this reorganization, keptn/keptn only contains the CLI, which is sufficient for a keptn-user (i.e. allows to install keptn and allows to execute the use-cases).
After this reorganization, the output of each project is one artifact (i.e. Docker image) based on the same name as the repository.
