Sets two ENV variables
- ENV['DEPLOYED_VERSION'] - a git SHA for the deployed version
- ENV['DEPLOYED_TIMESTAMP'] - a formatted timestamp of the build time
$ heroku create --buildpack http://github.com/easelinc/heroku-buildpack-stamp.git
