# INCLUDE Biospecimen Request Report - README 

This README provides information on accessing and requesting biospecimens from the INCLUDE biobanks. The report generated will provide contact information for each biobank along with their respective sheet listing all selected samples available for request. To initiate the process, please follow the instructions per study below. 

## Instructions for Biospecimen Requests per study

### HTP

To request biospecimens from the HTP biobank, please use the request form (https://redcap.ucdenver.edu/surveys/?s=HXLXWCTPAT). General inquiries can be directed to dsresearch@cuanschutz.edu.
