Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a double opt-in list. However I want to manually add a user. I am unable to set this user to "opt-in". It seems that listmonk rather sends an email to this user. When I know that the user already confirmed (as I am manually adding him), that might not be the best solution.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to manually approve if somebody opted in for a list.
