Sorry, I aint got the english translation for "pending confirmation", maybe that is different translated. However a single opt-in list (upgraded from 2.0) subscribers will show up, as if they have not confirmed the list. why should they? It is single opt-in!

No labels should be showing. It is confusing, as impossible and not needed.

Your commit fixes 2 occurrences, but I make 3 screenshots. I am not sure, did you catch all of them? The first screenshot is not so obvious, it is just the number count.
