Upgrade Camel Sources to latest Camel K and Knative Eventing Specs

Proposed Changes

• Upgrade Camel Sources to Camel K 1.0.0-M3
• Make Camel Sources fully compliant with Sources Specs
• Drop support for deprecated fields and use only the YAML flow model for integrations
• Move all documentation (except hello world) to the DOC website (PR ready to be opened), ref: https://github.com/nicolaferraro/docs/tree/new-camel-sources-doc/docs/eventing/samples/apache-camel-source

Hi @nicolaferraro. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a knative member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
