Version 0.1:

• users can be created (participants, parents, tutors and admins)
• admins can create courses
• admins can edit code club information, such as name, region, email and facbook id
• admins can change static text and images on public pages
• admins can create messages that are displayed on front page
• tutors and admins can enroll in courses as tutors
• participants can enroll in courses as participants
• parents can create children and enroll them in courses as participants
