All Windows builds are available from https://pecl.php.net/package/parallel (also parallel 1.2 for PHP 8), and users are encouraged to download from there. Note that windows.php.net/downloads does not receive PECL builds for quite a while, and for the time being, these are on another machine, but the plan is to switch windows.php.net to that machine in the not too distant future. |
