Update katib suggestion images #1779

According to katib#206, the bayesianoptimization suggestion images prior to suggestion-bayesianoptimization:v0.1.2-alpha-44-gcbe5fee do not work correctly.

So, let's update to latest version, suggestion-bayesianoptimization:v0.1.2-alpha-45-g3dce496.
