Instead of using google docs, we discussed in the last meeting to add that into a markdown format in our docs. This does not fix an actual problem, more a convenience way to document our meetings with a code review approach. This fixes it by adding the meetings into the community page, rather than using a different page. This content was copied verbatim from the google docs. Those links are dead in the current meeting minutes, and as mentionned in the commit message I kept those dead links. Do you want me to remove them? If yes, I will remove the links to github forks (for example dholbach's repositories), remove google docs links. Daniel, do you think you can recover the youtube video for the meeting which happened on the 2021-12-01? If not, I will delete that link too. |

I removed dead links in advance, but I can remove the last commit if we really want to. (Daniel, if you can find 2021-12-01 upload, that would be lovely, but it's alright if you can't :) ) |

Without this, attendees are described in a consistent manner. This fixes it by listing all the attendees with their fullname, in an alphabetical manner. We did not need synchronous meetings recently, hence the regular monthly meetings were stopped. This does not mean that meetings will not happen again. This clarifies our stance. Signed-off-by: Jean-Philippe Evrard <open-source@a.spamming.party>
