see if this #3777 is happening with latest version of kind, there were multiple fixes since then , specially for podman that broke compatibility with portmaps some time ago |

we need to understand the problem and adapt the podman inspect commands, if is not getting the HostIP is because something has changed, this is workarounding the problem defaulting to 127.0.0.1 that is not necessary true
