Unprotect the gh-pages branch in nfs-ganesha-server-and-external-provisioner for helm chart release action #23376

As previously done in #20453, we are automating the helm chart release in the nfs-ganesha-server-and-external-provisioner repository: kubernetes-sigs/nfs-ganesha-server-and-external-provisioner#65

In order to do that, we need to configure prow to ignore the gh-pages branch as it will be used by github action's user which cannot sign CLA.
No PR's will be approved for this branch and the gh-pages branch will be used only as helm chart repository.

Hi @kvaps. Thanks for your PR.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

I understand the commands that are listed here.

Instructions for interacting with me using PR comments are available here. If you have questions or suggestions related to my behavior, please file an issue against the kubernetes/test-infra repository.

@kvaps: Updated the config configmap in namespace default at cluster test-infra-trusted using the following files:

  • key config.yaml using file config/prow/config.yaml
