Unable to upload "results.sarif" as it is not valid SARIF:
- instance.runs[0].results[1047].fixes contains duplicate item
- instance.runs[0].results[1594].fixes contains duplicate item
- instance.runs[0].results[2294].fixes contains duplicate item
