Pull request description

  • Add Prometheus / Grafana set to the Development Tool
    • It's automatically integrated and started
    • Grafana is exposed on random port displayed in DevBox log
  • Uses /metrics endpoint from the Agent
  • Works both for Agent connected to the Control Plane and OSS
