Resolves: #122
The dynamic-members code of raftify has been packaged using Docker. Additionally, a Docker Compose configuration for a 3-node example has been added.
Currently, the local binding is not configured, so the recovery option cannot be used. Plans to add local binding in the future to enable recovery functionality are underway.
