NewChunks module modifications. Inversed the logic, added some features and altered some of the saving code.
The modified new vs old chunk logic does produce some false detection if the chunk is very briefly seen and never fully loads (tested on 2b2t) but overall in my view is a better way regardless. Does this happen on the old one?
Added Vanish command that leaves the entity alive client side. Also added entity ID display to the chat notification on both vanish commands.
Added ChestStealer module white/blacklist feature and associated commands. Other small edits.
