This version will have following changes: Elan file manipulation is done with pympi, morphological analysis is done with uralicNLP, syntactic information will be carried through, and translations of the lemmas are also added, when available. These changes will bring in following improvements: It completes the planned migration from xfst to hfst, no local Giella infrastructure needs to be installed, Pympi's methods to parse Elan files are less tier-structure dependent than the current setup.
