[11.x] Fix alter table expressions on SQLite

This PR:

• Reverts [11.x] SQLite Error: "General error: 1 no such table" after adding a foreign key when using a table prefix. #52578
  • Resolve the reported issue by a simpler approach that avoids side effects of manipulating the original table name.
  • Add integration test.
• Fixes Attempting to alter a table with a column with default value (JSON_ARRAY()) by adding a foreign constraint fails with an error on SQLite #52655
  • Wrap the original default expression with parentheses. Fortunately, SQLite returns default values / expressions unwrapped, so the result of Schema::getColumns() doesn't change.
  • Add integration test.
