I've made this PR because I got quite confused trying to set up migrations for the first time. I managed to follow the link from the sqlx::migrate macro docs to https://docs.rs/sqlx/latest/sqlx/migrate/trait.MigrationSource.html but never noticed that there was documentation, as it is not expanded by default:
To make this more accessible I have moved the docs to the top level so that they are easier to find.
