Now the default is 8 according to https://github.com/leo-project/leofs/blob/1.3.4/apps/leo_storage/priv/leo_storage.conf#L224-L225.
It can cause other components such as leo_redundant_manager to be overloaded and may result in getting leofs unresponsive when there are much items in queues.

Add this information (set less consumers to mq.num_of_mq_procs) into the FAQ section in the document.

We've decided the new default 4 based on the tests with massive items in leo_mq caused by rebalance and delete-bucket.
