C++ Conversion

Re-wrote in C++, still have a lot of work to do, but as this is not widely used. Ill release this version.

Initial Release

Everything seems to be working OK and i like the code structure.
So i think its OK to release.

I think there are some bugs, but the ones that are there don't seem to hassling me too much, and i'm keen to get them fixed.
