Currently working as DevOps carrying out some activities such as development and management of CI/CD pipelines, management of project teams through Agile methodologies and incident support teams at Grupo Mateus, a large retailer operating in supermarkets, wholesale, real estate and household appliances, e-commerce and baking.

Before Grupo Mateus, I worked as a Support Analyst, serving and providing technical support to customers, managing the Help Desk team and developing and managing processes and documentation at At Hand Tecnologia, a company focused on IT management, there I was introduced to technologies such as virtualization, vpc, cloud, Linux and Windows server management, networks, and others.
