Release Note 📝

This is first hand-written release for Adam and it adds new versioning policy for adam. In order to keep backward compatibility, latest changes in master will be build and published on Dockerhub under 0.0.N (at least for now), all the hand-written releases will be staring with 0.1.0 following semantic versioning.
