partie/db databases still maintained?

Hi,

I was trying to create/update the databases in partie/db by running make, but this seems to timeout without success. Are you still maintaining these databases for download?

Hi Alex I have not had time to update them in a while, but I have started converting the build to snakemake. I can not provide an ETA on that but hopefully soon. In the meantime I will start another build running with bash Rob

I’m experiencing the same issue. I’m unable to create the databases due to the error mentioned earlier. Are there any alternative ways to obtain these databases?
