Point it at a server (otherwise zero-conf for clients) to say "I'm still here!" once in a while, and the server figures out the rest, and alerts you if it goes missing. Can opt-in to more sophisticated checking. Has compatibility with Microsoft.Extensions.Diagnostics.HealthChecks.
