This plugin for Cura enables network interoperability with Monoprice Select Mini V2 printers.

Setup Wi-Fi on the printer, by following one of these methods.
Once completed, the printer's IP address should appear on the LCD screen. Example:
192.168.0.136

Install Cura 4.4.0 or newer.

On Cura, click on the Marketplace button on the top right corner.

Find and select Monoprice Select Mini V2

Click Install

Restart Cura.

In Cura, go to Settings → Printer → Add Printer.

Click Add printer by IP.

Type network address and click Add.

If connection is successful, the printer details are displayed. Click Connect.

Click Next to select default Machine Settings.

The printer is added. You may check the status of the printer in the ** Monitor** tab.

To start a print, slice a model and click Print over network.
No. The plugin uses the printer's built-in Wi-Fi.
No. The plugin transfers all the gcode at once. This is equivalent to copying the gcode file to the SD Card via USB or uploading with the Web UI. Only when the full model is transferred, print starts.
Yes. The plugin transfers the model using TCP, which provides reliable delivery of data.
It depends on the model's size and detail. Expect less than a minute for small models, and between 2-10 minutes for larger ones.
Update to Cura 4.7 or later. In earlier versions, you need to temporarily disable the UM3 Network Printing plugin to add the printer over the network. Go to Marketplace → Installed and disable UM3 Network Printing plugin. Restart Cura to apply changes.

Clone or download this repository into Cura's user plugins directory.
On MS Windows, it is located on
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\cura\<cura_version>\plugins

(Optional) Clone or download monoprice-select-mini-v2-api-mock to simulate a Monoprice Select Mini V2 printer running locally.
