Proposed changes

We had a number of small bugs that we fixed. Also we introduced flexible and conditional set of row height in table.

• fixed Border-Width standard to 0px
• fixed Layout / Logic Mode for Text-Inputs
• fixed missing scrollbar in Table
• added Auto/Fixed option for row
• added Conditional row height
• added Ellipsis/Wrap option for column
