Pré-requis
------------
Cet outil suppose que vous avez créé un site WordPress sur un serveur et que vous voulez le migrer sur un autre serveur (ou domaine, path, bref que l'URL change).
Pour cela, vous avez :
- copié les sources du site à sa nouvelle destination
- dupliqué les données de la base WordPress sur le nouveau serveur (mysqldump puis import mysql par exemple)

Installation
------------
- Placez le dossier contenant le projet sur le serveur cible.
- Accédez au script migration.php à travers un navigateur web.
- Entrez les configurations nécessaires (seuls le nom de la base et l'ancien domaine sont requis)
- Laissez la magie agir !

Important
------------
Pensez également à modifier les fichiers wp-config.php et .htaccess pour mettre à jour le domaine et le path du nouveau site.
Supprimez le dossier une fois la migration effectuée : il pourrait apporter des failles de sécurité importantes à votre site !
