Added LSSTComCam DRP memory request and clustering bps yaml files to drp_pipe, in 2 places: (1) drp_pipe/bps/resources/LSSTComCam/DRP.yaml and (2) drp_pipe/bps/clustering/LSSTComCam/DRP-clustering.yaml. These are basically the same as what has been used in the DRPs so far.
