LTSP binaries

All the LTSP code is interpreted. The following binaries are periodically copied from https://boot.ipxe.org and are necessary for netbooting.

memtest.0: memtest build for BIOS that can exit back to the iPXE menu
memtest.efi: memtest build for UEFI
snponly.efi: iPXE build for UEFI that uses the internal SNP stack
undionly.kpxe: iPXE build for BIOS that uses the internal UNDI stack
