Changes or fixes

• Add fancy descritpion to image
• Delete untagged packages
• remove depracated spliny thingy
• more use of constexpr for SPEED
• Try to be more correct with enum, we should consider enum class but this would be faff to change in so many places :(
• covBinning is legacy thing when we didn't have good way to remove flux from plotting. Now we do so no longer needed.
