Add old decklist files compatibility loading

XMage decks files contain records like:
1 [ISD:243] Kessig Wolf Run

If devs fix card number, set code or name then all old deck files with fixed cards will be affected: xmage will load wrong card or will not find it. Also third party services can generate deck files with wrong set's codes.

Need to fix that.
