Remove unused app_structure from next-swc-napi (vercel#70282)

The `app_structure` Rust binding for Node.js is not used anywhere. It was introduced in vercel#47737, but has never been integrated.

Note: The removal is also part of vercel#69680, but we hope to land this earlier in isolation to unblock work that builds on top of it.
