added optional amd support. AMD loader usage is optional of course. Cycle plugin would still load as usual without AMD loader present.
AMD modules are becoming ever more popular for organizing javascript code. jQuery allows itself to be loaded as amd module beginning from v1.7. There are some first-class AMD loaders like require.js and curl.js out there.
