Release Android 4.1.1

Mapbox Android 4.1.1 is a follow up patch to address a server side issue with cached styles from earlier today. For more details about impact and other workarounds please see #5722 (comment)

This release is based on the release-v4.1.0 tag and will contain the two commits from PR #5723 cherry picked on top it. Those two commits are:

• 559f3a6
• 40ea424

I've cherry picked the 2 commits and will now test locally to ensure that things function as expected. Assuming that they do I'll then begin the release.

I built the SDK locally and reviewed the use cases in the TestApp to confirm that things work as expected. Next step is build the release and publish.

I just built and published the SDK to Maven Central. It should be available publicly within the hour.

4.1.1 is finally live on Maven Central.

I've alerted the Twitter Fabric team of the release and asked them to publish the new version as soon as they can.

Confirmed that 4.1.1 is now live on Twitter Fabric.

Demo App has been updated and uploaded to Google Play. It will be live on the Google Play Store within a few hours. All that remains is comms and that is being coordinated by @mapbox/communications.
