This PR adds
@NonNullto theOnMapReadyparameter. This improves consumption of the SDK in Kotlin by removing the nullity on MapboxMap (eg. mapboxMap? becomes mapboxMap). This change breaks client builds if they use Kotlin so this is a semver change.
